Dur Hot Spring Trek

In addition to places in Par, Thimpu and Punakha, another fascination destination is the sacred valley of Bumthang. This picturesque drive to Bumthang takes you through regions profuse in flora and fauna and several magnificent mountain passes and places of great historical importance.

Dur hot Spring trail follows the Chamkhar Chhu and forest of Spruce hemlock cypress juniper and maple. On the way, the surrounding mountains can be viewed. Tsachu is HOT SPING. So you have to relax time in Tsachu.

Dur Hot Spring Trekking Itinerary
Day 01:
Arrival Paro, transfer to hotel
Day 02:
Drive to Thimpu and star from Bumthang to Gorsum, camp
Day 03:
Trek to Lungsum, camp
Day 04:
Trek to Tsochenchen, camp
Day 05:
Trek to Dur Tsachu, camp
Day 06:
Dur Tsachu - Rest day, camp
Day 07:
Trek to Tsochenchen, camp
Day 08:
Trek to Gorsum, camp
Day 09:
Trek to Bumthang, and drive to Thimpu, hotel
Day 10:
Drive to Paro, hotel
Day 11:
Transfer to airport for final departure.
 
Trip Cost Includes
  • Airport pickup and drop off by our private vehicle
  • Kathmandu/Pokhara Hotel room on bed with Breakfast (B) basis
  • All land transfer as per above itinerary
  • Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permits fee
  • Trekkers Information Management System (T.I.M.S) permits fees.
  • Accommodation and 3 meals a day while on the trek in lodge
  • Fully escorted trek with English speaking license holder trekking Guide and porter
  • All program according to itineraries on full board.
  • Wages, equipment, insurance and other facilities to staffs

  • Kathmandu/Pokhara Hotel Lunch and Dinner (L, D)
  • Personal spending money & all bar bill during the trip,
  • Domestic Airfare from Kathmandu to Pokhara (One-way) per person US$ 93 only (If required)
  • Items of personal nature ie. Soft/hard drinks, tips etc.
  • International airport departure tax per person US$ 28 only
