Everest Classic Trek

Many experienced hikers choose it for their first Himalayan trek, as it offers the very best mountain scenery. Hikers arrive expecting to be awed by Mt. Everest and find that there are many other more spectacular mountains to see.This is a strenuous hike with some exposure on trails and bridge crossings. In addition, landslides may cause detours. This will be an enjoyable experience if you like physical activity and the outdoors. However, you must be prepared to "rough it," as conditions in Nepal are as variable as the topography. Be prepared for changes in weather, some unpleasant toilet facilities and the possibility of sickness. With a positive and flexible attitude, you will enjoy the challenge of this trip creating many fond memories and great pictures. It's the experience of a lifetime!

Everest Classic Trekking Itinerary
Day 01:

Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (T.I.A) and pick up by our private vehicle and than transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02:

Full day guided sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley. (B)

Day 03:
Flight to Lukla (2800m) and trek to Phadking (2640m) 4 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04:
Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3446m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05:
Acclimatization in Namche (3446) (B.L.D)
Day 06:
Namche to Tengboche (3860m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07:
Tengboche to Dole (4200m) 8 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08:
Dole to Machhermo (4470 m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 09:
Machhermo to Gokyo (4790 m) 5½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 10:
Trek to Gokyo Ri (5483m) and then Back to Gokyo 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 11:
Gokyo to Chugima (4930m) 7 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 12:
Chugima to Chola Pass and to Dzongla (4943m) 7 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 13:
Dzongla to Lobuche ((4925m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 14:
Lobuche to Everest B.C (5450m) and over night Gorekshep (5250) (B.L.D)
Day 15:
Gorekshep to Kalapatthar (5545m) and trek down to Pangboche (3860m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 16:
Pangboche to Namche (3446m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 17:
Namche to Lukla (2800m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 18:
Lukla to Kathmandu (1350m) (B)
Day 19:
Final departure to the Airport for return home (B)
 
Trip Cost Includes
  • Airport pickup and drop off by our private car
  • 4 nights Kathmandu hotel room on Breakfast (B) basis
  • All land transfer as per above itineraries by our private vehicle
  • Flight from Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu per person US$ 248 only
  • Trekking permit and Sagarmatha National Park entry permits fees
  • Trekkers Informations Management System (TIMS) permit fees.
  • Accommodation and 3 meals a day such as Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (B,L,D) while on the trek in Lodges (Tea house)
  • Fully escorted trek with a english speaking license holder local sherpa trekking guide and each 2 persons 1 porter
  • All program according to itineraries on full board.
  • Wages, equipment, insurance and other facilities to staffs
  • Helicopter rescue service arrangement (If necessity)
