Island Peak ( Imjatse) Climbing (6189 m.) Island Peak (Imja Tse 20,305 feet / 6189 meters), This lovely glaciated peak is located in the upper Imja Valley of the Khumbu, surrounded by Himalayan giants: the South Face of Lhotse, Makalu and Baruntse dominate the skyline as you climb this beautiful peak. Closely linked with Everest history, Island Peak was named by Eric Shipton in 1952 and the first ascent was made by members of the 1953 British Everest team as a training climb. The climbing is challenging yet attainable for the beginning alpine climber and the summit ridge provides one of the most aesthetic mornings that a Himalayan climber could dream of.

Island Peak Climbing Itinerary
Day 01:	Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (Kathmandu) You will be meet and pick up by our private vehicle and than transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02:	Free day in Kathmandu for Sightseeing (B)
Day 03:	Early Morning 30 minutes flight to Lukla, And commence trek to Phakding (2652m) 3 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 04:	Trek to Namche (3440m) 6 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 05:	Trek to Tengboche (3870m) 5 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 06:	Tengboche to Dingboche (4350m) 5 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 07:	Dingboche to Chhukung (4730m) 3 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 08:	Chhukung rest day and final preparation for climbing. Camp (B.L.D)
Day 09:	Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp(5200m) 4 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 10:	Island Peak Base Came to Island peak high Camp (5600m) 3 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 11:	Summit Island Peak (6189m) and trek back to Chhukung 8 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 12:	Chhukung to Dingboche (4350m) 5 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 13:	Dingboche to Tengboche (3870m) 4 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 14:	Tengboche to Namche (3440m) 3 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 15:	Namche to Lukla (2800m) 4 hrs Camp (B.L.D)
Day 16:	Flight back to Kathmandu.and relax for shopping.(B)
Day 17:	Final departure to the airport. (B)
