Lower Dolpo Trekking

Dolpo Trek Located on the isolated corner of Trans Himalayan Zone Dolpo is a virgin and divine land in Mid-Western Nepal. Shey-Phoksundo National Park in the core of Dolpo Region is famous for snow leopard. A great Naturalist Rodney Jackson conducted his research on snow leopards in Shey Phoksundo area. The Dolpo is famous for deepest Lake Phoksundo in entire Himalayan Region. Mother Nature created a unique and wonderful treasurer like Dolpo, which is being the shelter of many rare alpine living beings. Inspite of tough trails and rugged topography journey to Dolpo area is a life time experience. Tourists rarely visit Dolpo Region and the trekking route is very narrow and steep at places, so good hiking Experience is essential for this trek. The altitude ranges from 2500m to 5070m.

Lower Dolpo Trekking Itinerary
Day 01:
 Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport and pick up you by our private vehicle and transfer to the Hotel
Day 02:

Full day guided sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley. (B)

Day 03:

Drive or flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (B)
Day 04:
Flight from Nepalgunj to Juphal and commence trek to Dunai (B.L.D)
Day 05:
 Dunai to Ankhe tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 06:
Ankhe to National Park (Palam) tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 07:
 Palam to Phoksundo Lake tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 08:
 Explore Phoksundo tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 09:
 Phoksundo to Pugmo tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 10:
Pugmo to High Camp tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 11:
Acclimatisation at High Camp tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 12:
High Camp to (over Kagmara-La) Base Camp tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 13:
Base Camp to Hurikot tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 14:
Hurikot to Chaurikot tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 15:
Chaurikot to Sing-La tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 16:
Sing-La to Muni Kinara tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 17:
Muni Kinara to Nepal goan tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 18:
Nepalgunj to Jumla lodge (B.L.D)
Day 19:
Jumla (fly) to Nepalgunj (B.L.D)
Day 20:
Drive or flight from Nepalgunj to Kathmandu (B.L)
Day 21:
 Free Day for rest and shopping (B)
Day 22:
Final departure to the Airport for return home (B)
