Mera Peak Climbing (6654m)

Mera peak is considered one of the major and popular trekking peaks in Nepal. The Peak itself rises to the south of Everest. The ascent of the peak is technically straightforward, however, the heavy snow and the maze of crevasses can make the way longer to the summit. Besides the charm of climbing Mera Peak, the trek to its base camp from Lukla is rewarding for experiencing little-visited and as yet unspoilt region of Nepal with densely forested hill sides. The views from on the mountain (and even from high camp) are spectacular – the Himalayan giants of Mt Everest, Lhotse and Makalu (ranked 1, 4 and 5 among the world highest peaks) surround you, with Cho Oyu and Kanchenjunga to either side and a multitude of intervening glaciers.

Mera Peak Climbing Itinerary
Day 01:
 Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (Kathmandu) You will be meet and pick up by our private vehicle and than transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02:
Sight Seeing Kathmandu Valley
Day 03:
Early Morning flight to Lukla, And commence trek to Trek to Chutok- 2800m (5-6 hr). (B.L.D)
Day 04:
 Trek to Pangkongma - 2950m (5-6 hr). (B.L.D)
Day 05:
Trek to Kurke - 3800m (5-6 hr). (B.L.D)
Day 06:
 Trek to Thuli Kharka-4160m (2-3 hr) and acclimatization day. (B.L.D)
Day 07:
 Trek to Thasidingma-3650m (6-7 hr). (B.L.D)
Day 08:
 Trek Thangnak-4320m (6-7 hr) (B.L.D)
Day 09:
 Rest day at Thangnak.(B.L.D)
Day 10:
 Taknag / Khare Base Camp (5099m). (B.L.D)
Day 11:
 Khare Base Camp / Mera the Base Camp (5415m). (B.L.D)
Day 12:
Mera Base Camp / Summit (6476m). (B.L.D)
Day 13:
Mera-La Base Camp / Joor Pokhari. (B.L.D)
Day 14:
Joor Pokhari / Mingma / High camp (5400m). (B.L.D)
Day 15:
High camp / Mingma the pass (5817m) (B.L.D)
Day 16:
Mingma Phedi / Pangboche (3901m). (B.L.D)
Day 17:
Pangboche / Tengboche (3868m). (B.L.D)
Day 18:
Tengboche / Namche(3446m) (B.L.D)
Day 19:
Namche / Lukla (2840m). (B.L.D)
Day 20:
Lukla / Ktm. By flight. (B)
Day 21:
Free day in Kathmandu for shopping (B)
