Himlung Expedition (7126m)


Himlung Himal 7126m is one of the recently opened peaks for climbing and is located between Manaslu and Annapurna ranges. This expedition takes you through remote villages to Nepal & Tibet boarder. Passing through two interesting Tibetan villages of Nar and Phu, Base Camp will be established at the height of 4,900m. which is located at the upper border of one of pastures belonged to Phu. Normally three high camps will be established to reach the summit: Camp I at the height of 5,450m. Camp II at 6 000 meters and the Camp 3 at 6,350m. Himlung was just opened in 2001 by the Nepalese government and since then we have been organizing expeditions for interested climbers.



Mt. Himlung Expedition Itinerary

Day 01:
Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport and pick up you by our private vehicle and transfer to the Hotel
Day 02:
Guided sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and rest of the time Checking the equipment & packing, introduction between our staffs and members concerning how to communicate each other.
Day 03:
Official working & Briefing in Tourism Department
Day 04:
By bus Kathmandu/Besisahar (6h)and camp in Ngadi (3h-950m)
Day 05:
Ngadi/Jagat (6h-1400m)
Day 06:
Jagat/Dharapani (6h-1842m)
Day 07:
Dharapani/Koto (5h-2700m)
Day 08:
Koto/Narkhola (6h-3200m)
Day 09:
Narkhola/Kyang (6h-3800m)
Day 10:
Kyang/Phu (6h-4400m)
Day 11:
