Welcome to Tibet for your charming visit trekking and expedition. Tibet is located at the southwest frontier of China with a vase land of more than 1.2 million square kilometers. Tibet borders with India, Nepal, Bhutan, Shikkim, Burma and neighbours with Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Yunnan. Tibet has a total population of more than 2.56 million, among which Tibetan takes up 94.7%. Other main nationalities include Hon, Menba, Luoba, Hui, Naxi etc. This is a land where you can find the World Renowned foremost Mongolian Buddhist culture and heritages. Tibet is called “the roof of the World” as well, because of its location situated on the highest land of the world. This is a place where you can find unique Himalayan peoplesettled around the snowy mountains’ surroundings with their own different identity of culture and society; which is quite spectacular to observe specially to the Anthropologist. Thisis the autonomous part of China which the former homeland of His holiness the Dalai Lama who is presently residing at Dharmasala in India.
The World Renowned Mount Everest 8848m, Cho Oyu 8201m, Shishapangma 8035m, and its mountains are situated in this land. Here you can find many centuries past intrigue monasteries stupas with marooned coloured robbed Buddhist monks.
There are many Himalayan peaks having more than 6000m.Above in Tibet side among them the most popular are Everest 8848, Cho Oyu 8201m, Shishapangma 8035, Lakhapa Ri and Gurlamandata. These are all allowed for foreigners to climb.
Skyline Treks and Expedition provides all kind of arrangements to climb these peaks including climbing permission from China Mountaineering association and there quirements of Yaks for carrying loads for expedition, guides,Cooks, Liaison officer, etc and customs clearance facilities.
